Doors and windows are UPVC double glazed joinery, available in different styles and colours, including bi-fold doors.

Roof covering on the pent roofed studios is EPDM - this is a rubber roof covering that carries a 20-year life guarantee (50-year life expectancy) and is more eco-friendly than mineral felt

Framing is 75mm x 50mm (3"x2") CLS - extra strong framing, we use 100mmx50mm (4"x2") when required.

Cladding is 16mm (Finished 19mm nominal) Redwood timber cladding and flooring - stronger and thicker than standard

Internally clad in 9mm primed white MDF - ready for your own paint application or we can do this for you

Insulation is via a thermal aluminium membrane and 50mm rockwool
