The Combi

Our buildings feature high-quality double-glazed uPVC and windows, with options for single doors, patio sliding doors, and aluminium bi-fold or sliding doors in various widths. Colour Options: Black, Anthracite Grey, White, and select wood grain finishes. Windows are offered in fixed and opening styles with A+ energy-rated glass. All doors and windows include a 10-year manufacturer’s guarantee, with optional upgrades for door locks.

Our insulated buildings feature a one-piece EPDM rubber roofing system. Firestone rubber comes with a 20-year guarantee and has a life expectancy of up to 50 years, offering a more environmentally friendly alternative to traditional mineral felt. Each garden room is also equipped with half-round black guttering as standard. If you are looking at log cabins depending on the roof structure it will either, be EPDM, felt tiles or heavy-duty felt.

75mm x 50mm CLS framing, increasing to thicker framing the larger the building is, all timber is FSC certified. Each quote is sent with full specifications.

Choose from our cladding options:
Composite: Maintenance-free and available in various colours.
Timber: Factory Spray Painted with eco-friendly paint in a choice of 10 colours.
Hardwood: Available upon request.

All buildings are lined with an aluminium thermal vapour barrier, which is durable and waterproof and effective at reducing heat loss through walls and roof. The reinforced membrane protects against water and absorbs heat efficiently.

Certification: CPR Compliant, CE Approved.

Our buildings come with 50mm Acoustic Rockwool insulation in the walls and floor, with the option to upgrade to a premium PIR board insulation like Celotex or Kingspan. All floors are insulated as standard with 40mm PIR boards.

We use MDF cladding for the interior, available in a grooved design that mimics tongue-and-groove styling or in a sleek, smooth finish. The MDF comes primed in white, providing a perfect base for painting, which we offer as an optional service.

We offer a wide selection of SPC (Stone Plastic Composite) and laminate flooring in various colours, textures, and designs to suit any style. Choose from realistic wood grains, modern tile effects, and classic finishes, each crafted for durability and easy maintenance.
