38 mm x 50 mm framing is used on all our summerhouses, thicker framing is available as an optional extra

12mm cladding and flooring is standard throughout the range, thicker cladding and flooring is available as an optional extr

Galvanised or black ironmongery available

Black, round guttering is available as an optional extra

The building will be treated with a water-based treatment. This will need to be repeated within 3 months of being fitted

EPDM is available as an optional extra on our pent roof summerhouses- this is a rubber roof covering that carries a 20 year life expectancy and is more eco-friendly than mineral felt

The building can be factory spray painted with quality eco-friendly paint from Thorndown Paints, at an additional cost
